WHAT DO YOUR DUES COVER?

The dues for Prairie Village Homeowners Association single family homes are $60.00.  Patio owners pay $135.00 for each month. The following are the major expenditures your dues pay for: All landscaping of the common areas, snow removal on the common sidewalks and alleys, and liability insurance on the common property.  The monthly financials will give you more details, as will the annual budget. 

The budget lists each item and the projected amount the Association needs to cover that cost for the year.  Some items are a fixed rate and others, such as snow removal, are unpredictable and therefore the amount is estimated.
