Renting homes in Prairie
Village Owners Association is not allowed. Article 10.4-a in the Declaration of Covenants states: "Residential Units.
Residential units may not be rented." Please be sure to inform buyers of this information.

Please slow down! We have had calls saying some people have been driving a bit too fast in the alleys. While
there are no speed limit signs in the alleys the city has said 15mph is the limit in alleys. There are children who
may be playing, and cars backing out of garages who can't see anything until they are most of the way into the alley,
so please slow down in the alleys.
