On this page we will be posting information regarding
the Neighborhood Watch Program.
At the Annual Meeting on Feburary 5, 2007 it was agreed to begin a Watch
Program as a result of the recent increase in crime in the Association. When everone watches out for their neighbors
it creates a better community, one that we can all enjoy and feel safe in.

We will be adding information for you as we get it, so please remember
to check this page. If you have information that you think your neighbors should know, let us know and we will put it
on this page.
The following were handed out at the Meeting. They are in PDF format so that you may print them out
and use them as needed.
Please note that these forms are to use for contact with the Longmont Police Department, NOT New Level Managers.
If you have a problem, please contact the LPD first. Once you have contacted the Police, you may contact the property
Manager to inform us as well, and so that we know of any problems that arise.
Information to get on a suspect, or on suspicious incidents.
