What do your dues cover?

The dues for Prairie Village Home Owners Association Single Family Homes are $60.00 Patio Owners are $135.00 for each month. The following are the major expenditures your dues pay for: All landscape maintenance, snow removal, and Insurance for the Association.  The monthly financials will give you more details of other items the Association Dues go to pay for as will the Annual Budget.  The Budget lists each item and the projected amount the Association needs to cover that cost for the year.  Some items are a fixed rate, and others such as snow removal are unpredictable therefore the amount is estimated.
